The Garage-Mahal

This was a fun build to be apart of. This was a forest when it was started. there was roughly 100 trees cut down and repurposed for this build. The foundation is a fully insulated hydronic radiant heated slab on grade. The main level is a three car garage with a back bedroom, 2 piece bathroom, and closet. The second floor is the bachelor pad, with cedar v-notch accent walls, 3 piece bathroom, large living area, sunroom, and two story deck complete with its very own hot tub, and shooting perch for target practice.

The Collingwood Bunkie

This build was lots of fun, not just for the area but for the features it includes as well. This was originally just a cabana with 2 piece washroom, but an addition was added to the front of the building to include a living space and room to send the kids. An cedar shake roof was added to match the existing house, 4 panel folding doors open right up for an un obstructed view of the pool area if needed, all new bathroom some extra storage was added to the back utility room and a convenient half door for more accessibility to the fridge.
